Nov 8 Election:
Voter registration deadline: Oct 9 (in person, by mail—received, or online). Register online or mail the paper form
Absentee/mail-in voting: Complete the request in-person by Nov 5 or by mail-- mail application must be received by 12pm on Nov 5
Any registered Ohio voter may request an absentee ballot
Voted ballot must be postmarked by Nov 7 and received no later than Nov 18, or delivered in-person on or before Nov 8.
